Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and must be redeemed by the expiry date. Expired vouchers cannot be accepted.
Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
One-Time Use Only: Each gift voucher code is unique and can be redeemed only once.
For online purchases, the voucher code must be entered at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
Promotions and Discounts: Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes or discounts.
Refunds on Purchases: If a product purchased with a gift voucher is refunded, the refund will be re-issued as a new gift voucher, not as cash.
