Handmade Maple Drop Spindle (approx 25gms) with Fibre

Over my years of teaching spindle spinning, the Greensleeves 'Bare Bonsies' spindles are without a doubt my favourite, due to the smooth, balanced spin, beautiful finish and great value for money.

Elizabeth Thornberg Dailey, the face of Greensleeves, is a talented wood turner, and her introductory spindles are a great way to get hooked on spindling.

I have put one of her spindles, together with 100gms of Kent Romney wool top, which is a great starter fibre, with longer staple lengths and easy to draft.
